The services of XphpX.com are only intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors 13 years old and above who have parental permission. XphpX.com reserves the right to, at any time, alter these Terms and Conditions and it is up to you (the user) to keep yourself updated. All updates to the TOS will be announced! XphpX.com is a privately owned Free Hosting Service with a mission to provide a quality service which stands out as one of the best on the internet. This is our goal not our obligation. The Administrators and Moderators have their own seperate jobs, lives, families, etc so if activity seems to be at a low, please dont get angry, vulgar, and start rumors of a site-shutdown. We assure you those periods wont last long. If you think you can contribute to our Service, send a resume or an email describing your talents and contributions. XphpX does not offer a warranty. However, we do fully test our Mods before release, our templates are tested on an external Demo site, and our server upgrades are done with the upmost precaution. Our Graphic Center is run by many artists from all over the globe. XphpX does not assume any responsibility for past deadlines, below-satisfactory products, or scams BUT THIS IS IMPORTANT to us as a Service Provider and WANT to hear your feedback. Each artist will have a Rating and you (as a free or paid client) can rate the artist. The Admin at any time and at their discretion may dismiss an artist from the XphpX community. Again, XphpX does not take any responsibility for the Graphic work done.
Acceptable Use Policy
-Respect and protect the privacy of others.
- Use your accounts only!
- Not view, use, or copy passwords, data, or networks to which they are not authorized.
- Not distribute private information about others or themselves.
-Respect and protect the integrity, availability, and security of all electronic resources.
- Do not host virused material
- Report security risks or violations to an Administrator. Confirmed Issues may call for a reward dependant upon severity
- Not destroy or damage data, networks, or other resources that do not belong to them, without clear permission of the owner.
-Respect and protect the intellectual property of others.
- Not infringe copyrights (no making illegal copies of music, games, or movies!).
- Not plagiarize.
-Respect and practice the principles of community.
- Communicate only in ways that are kind and respectful.
- Report threatening or discomforting materials to an Administrator.
- Do not post messages or any kind of communications which contain media considered pornographic, threatening, rude, discriminatory, or meant to harass).
- Not intentionally access, transmit, copy, or create material that is illegal (such as obscenity, stolen materials, or illegal copies of copyrighted works).
- Not use the resources to further other acts that are criminal.
- Not send spam, chain letters, or other mass unsolicited mailings.
- Users are not permitted to place any form of PPC advertising including but not limited to, Google Adsense, Yahoo YPN, and Adbrite.
Copyright and Legal Bind
You may not reproduce, modify, copy, or modify any portion of the website without the prior express written (or emailed) consent of XphpX.com. The entire contents of this site are property of XphpX.com, including but not limited to: text, graphics, buttons, icons, audio clips, logos, and any other data that can be found on the XphpX Support Forum, Home Page, or any subdomain. By agreeing to these terms you give XphpX a default license to use your website (through XphpX.com) for advertisment or other promotional action. If any regional or national laws are broken by you (the user) directly or by a user on your forum, you will have no more than 24 hours to rectify the situation after an email from the administrator is sent to you (the user and the Admin of your forum). If no actions have been taken by that period of time, your forums will be locked and turned over to the proper authorities. XphpX.com will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
